Description :
The main objective of this assignment is to design a feasible, affordable and operationally sound health insurance scheme for Guinea-Bissau, starting from basic hospital service and pricing data and the results of a mini-survey. The assignment will support the development of a full insurance schemethrough evidence-based research, direct field monitoring, financial modeling, digital innovation, and stakeholder engagement. The final product will be a comprehensive scheme ready for piloting, with a clear implementation roadmap and supporting tools.Please indicate whether you intend to submit abid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
