Description:
The services provided for this contract include: the preparation of a stakeholder participation plan (P3P) according to the standards of Guinea Bissau and the African Development Bank (BAD). Specifically, it acts, among other things, to: map (identify & analyze) all stakeholders, including those affected, those with direct and/or indirect influence and those interested in the project and its activities; identify the methods, calendar and the most effective structures to share information on the project and ensure regular, accessible, transparent and appropriate inclusion; By identifying vulnerable groups likely to be excluded or marginalized in the consultation process and design the tools that guarantee that they are fully included in this process with real listening and real taking into account their points of view; assess the level of interest and support of stakeholders and allow the consideration of their points of view in the design of the project, as well as its environmental and social performance;
